This website is operated by OSM Digital World, 1691, Kaji Faliya, Hansot, Gujarat 393030, India. We present our website, mobile app and custom software services and the OSM Meals live demo. OSM Digital World is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

When you use the inquiry form we collect your name, business or project name, email, optional phone/WhatsApp number, country, project type, optional timeline, any selected pricing package and the requirements you write.

We use this to reply to you, prepare a quotation and discuss your project. Inquiries are stored in our website database and are visible only to our administrators.

If you create an account we store your email, name, optional phone number, and the profile, preference and meal-plan details you enter. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are stored only in hashed form; we cannot see them.

When you open the live demo, a private copy of fictional sample data is created for your browser, along with a temporary demo login. Changes you make stay in that copy.

Demo copies are intended to expire after about 7 days without use and are then deleted together with their temporary demo login. Please don't enter real personal or payment information into the demo.

We use browser local storage and session storage to keep you signed in, remember your demo workspace and save onboarding progress. These are needed for the site to work.

We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. We plan to add Google Analytics in future. Before it is switched on, this policy will be updated to describe the data collected, the cookies used and, where required, a way for you to give or refuse consent.

The website runs on third-party hosting, database and authentication infrastructure that processes data on our behalf. The demo checkout is simulated: no card or bank details are requested or stored, and no SMS or customer email is sent by the demo.

Sales inquiries: we aim to keep them for 3 years from submission, unless the law requires a different period or an ongoing business relationship justifies keeping them longer.

Customer accounts and transaction records: these follow separate retention rules based on why they are held (for example providing the service, accounting and tax obligations) and applicable legal requirements.

You can ask us to delete your information earlier where the law allows. Records are currently reviewed and deleted manually; automatic deletion is not in place, except for demo workspaces as described above.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw consent you have given, by contacting us at the email below. We will respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 once its provisions apply.

This policy is governed by the laws of India.

We may update this policy as the website changes, for example when analytics is added. The date at the top shows the latest version.
