1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by OSM Digital World, 1691, Kaji Faliya, Hansot, Gujarat 393030, India. By using the site you agree to them. A signed proposal or agreement for a specific project takes priority over these terms where they differ.

2. The public demo

OSM Meals is a demonstration of a meal-prep website and kitchen management system. It is not a real meal-ordering service. All kitchens, customers, orders, payments and deliveries shown are fictional.

Demo checkout is simulated and never charges money. The demo verification code 1234 only works for demo accounts, and no SMS or email is sent.

3. Permitted use

You may explore the website and demo to evaluate our services. Please do not attempt to access other visitors' data or non-demo accounts, disrupt the service, automate excessive requests, or enter real personal or payment information into the demo.

4. Intellectual property

The website, the OSM Meals software, design and content belong to OSM Digital World or its licensors. Viewing the demo does not grant any licence to copy or reuse them. Ownership and licensing for client projects are set out in each agreement.

5. Pricing and quotations

Published prices on the Pricing page apply to the OSM Meals website offering described there. Mobile apps, custom software and other projects are quoted individually.

A quotation is not a binding contract. Work begins only once scope, price, timeline, hosting, maintenance, third-party costs and payment terms are agreed in writing.

6. Project scope

Features shown in the demo or on Features pages illustrate what is possible. They are not automatically included in every package. The delivered solution is what is described in the agreed scope; additional work is quoted separately.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Custom website, mobile app and software projects: if you cancel before work starts, any advance payment is handled as set out in the agreed proposal. Work that has been completed and delivered, including approved milestones, is generally non-refundable.

Recurring packages (such as monthly or yearly plans): you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Any refund for the current period depends on your agreement and applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits any refund right you have under applicable Indian consumer law.

8. Third-party services

Some features, such as hosting, online payments, SMS, email delivery, app stores and custom domains, rely on third-party providers whose own terms, fees and availability apply. We are not responsible for failures, changes or charges of those providers, but we will reasonably help you resolve issues that affect your project.

9. Your content

You are responsible for the text, images, logos, prices and other material you supply, and for having the right to use it. We are not liable for claims arising from content you provide.

10. Availability

We aim to keep the website and any hosted service available, but interruptions can happen because of maintenance, third-party outages or events outside our control. The demo is provided for evaluation and its data may be reset or deleted at any time.

11. Liability

Our responsibility is limited to the services and scope agreed in writing. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or business, to the extent the law allows.

Any cap on our financial liability will be stated in the signed agreement for your project, subject to applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Indian law, such as liability for fraud.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to legal review and any mandatory jurisdiction rules that apply to you, the courts of Bharuch, Gujarat, India will have jurisdiction over disputes.
